We're looking for a Donor Database Coordinator to become the heartbeat of our clients Fundraising team—someone who thrives on keeping systems running smoothly and supporters feeling valued.
This assignment is ideal for someone with strong Salesforce and data processing skills who wants to contribute to meaningful work in a flexible, supportive environment.
- Central Northern Gold Coast location
- Commencing 22nd or 23rd May
- Part-Time (3 days per week)
- Flexible working / Hybrid – 2 days in office, 1 day from home
- Temporary 6–8 Week Assignment
- $46.27 per hour (casual) + super
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and receipt donations across multiple channels (cash, website, phone, etc.).
- Maintain clean, accurate donor records and lead regular data audits and imports.
- Be the go-to Salesforce expert: manage users, build reports and dashboards, and improve workflows.
- Reconcile donation data with our Finance team and support month-end and year-end reporting.
- Respond to donor enquiries, update contact preferences, and make every supporter interaction meaningful.
- Provide general administrative support to the Fundraising team, including event and campaign support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in the not-for-profit or charity sector or in a similar role.
- Experience with donation/payment processing, receipting, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for data management and reporting.
- A sharp eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality donor data.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong donor service mindset.
- Ability to troubleshoot database issues and proactively improve systems.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office and other data tools.
Please note that you MUST be available to commence 22nd or 23rd May and be happy to work on a temporary/casual basis. This opportunity may lead to permanent role.
