About headspace:
headspace is Australia's National Youth Mental Health Foundation. Our mission is to deliver improvements in the mental health, social wellbeing, and economic participation of young people aged 12 to 25 years. Open Minds, in partnership with AFL Queensland (AFLQ), is launching an innovative program to provide mental health support workshops for local sports organisations.

- · Build strong connections with AFL Queensland, local clubs, and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration.
- · Train and support facilitators to deliver the program effectively.
- · Monitor program outcomes, gather feedback, and make improvements to ensure continued success.
About you:

- · Experience in designing and managing projects, from planning to evaluation.
- · Knowledge of mental health services or local sports clubs is a plus.
Benefits include:
- Joining a positive, inclusive, and values-driven team culture.
- Making a tangible difference in the mental health of young people.
- Gaining valuable experience in an innovative, high-impact program.
- Access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
