Pryan is seeking two Senior Test Analysts to support a high-profile transformation program within a major federal law enforcement agency. These roles offer the opportunity to contribute to nationally significant digital systems supporting operational capability and critical infrastructure.

About the Role

Working closely with project managers and delivery leads, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing comprehensive testing activities across a range of platforms and environments. You will help shape and enforce consistent test practices, identify automation opportunities, and embed continuous improvement into the software delivery lifecycle.

The role is embedded within a dynamic and technically skilled team working on the replacement of legacy systems (SEDNode and Project ES-WAMS) under the Chief Technology Office’s Change Program.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement test plans, test cases, and test data in alignment with business requirements

Drive automation initiatives across CI/CD pipelines

Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to testing activities

Provide regular reporting on test progress, coverage, and outcomes

Collaborate with stakeholders across delivery and infrastructure teams

Document, maintain, and share knowledge of testing frameworks and best practices

Technical Environment

Experience or familiarity with:

Python and Linux operating systems

Ansible or equivalent Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools

CI/CD tools and DevOps pipelines

Agile delivery frameworks

IP protocols, IaaS and PaaS technologies

About You

Proven experience in test analysis or test engineering roles in complex ICT environments

Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills

Able to quickly adapt to new systems and domain knowledge

Previous federal government or secure agency experience highly regarded

Must be an Australian citizen with NV1 clearance or the ability to obtain it
