As part of this growth, the firm is looking to appoint a Client Service Manager to support one of their senior financial advisers. Key Responsibilities

Manage client files and ensure smooth administrative workflows

Liaise directly with clients and advisers to support daily operations

Prepare SOA documentation in collaboration with paraplanners

Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and licensee standards

Submit and follow up on documentation with product providers

Handle client queries promptly and professionally

Assist in the implementation of advice and provide ongoing service support

About You

Minimum 12 months of experience in a financial planning support role is essential

Solid understanding of advice processes and client service delivery

Familiarity with Xplan (preferred, not essential)

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Professional, client-centric communicator

Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive

What’s on Offer

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + Super + Bonus (based on experience)
