Our client, a global leader in lifestyle and climate solutions, is on the lookout for an experienced and tech-savvy Product Specialist – APAC (HVAC) to help shape the future of their product portfolio. With a footprint in over 100 countries, this is your chance to contribute to product success across diverse markets from Australia to Asia and beyond.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Product Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of product strategy, innovation and lifecycle management. From supporting pre-development studies to launching new HVAC technologies, your contributions will directly influence product performance, market positioning, and customer satisfaction.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, one day you might be supporting ERP data setup for a new product launch and the next, contributing to pricing strategy or coordinating field tests across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate across APAC markets to gather insights and influence product roadmaps

Support end-to-end new product development, from concept to launch

Assist in packaging, pricing, certification, and market readiness

Drive product performance through PIPO, cost optimisation and master data accuracy

Engage in forecasting, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy

Deliver internal and OE product training; respond to technical queries via Zendesk

Travel across APAC (as required) to support regional growth initiatives

You’ll Bring

5+ years in product-focused roles (HVAC, refrigeration or similar technical sector)

Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Commerce or similar (Diploma/Cert IV also considered)

Strategic thinker with strong data interpretation and communication skills

Experience with global matrix organisations and multicultural environments

Working knowledge of Australian Consumer Law (especially around product safety and warranties)

Familiarity with inRiver, Antura, Navision or D365 is a plus

A current passport and willingness to travel regionally
