What You'll Be Doing:

Providing holistic financial advice across superannuation, retirement planning, investments, insurance, and wealth creation

Managing and nurturing an existing client base while growing new business from ongoing referrals

Contributing to the strategic direction of the financial planning division

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest advice standards

Leading and mentoring as the team expands in future growth stages

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5+ years' experience as a licensed Financial Adviser in Australia

FASEA-approved qualifications

A passion for helping clients achieve financial success

Strong business development skills — you're proactive, strategic, and driven to grow

Exceptional relationship management and communication skills

A genuine desire to be part of a growth journey, not just a salaried role
