We’re looking for a new Senior Digital Executive to join our team. Someone who can hit the ground running and thrive in a dynamic, supportive and fast-paced environment.
About You:
Have a minimum of 2-3 years of digital marketing experience – Facebook and Instagram Ads experience is essential. Google Ads experience will also be looked upon favourably.
Have the ability to strategise, delivering outstanding customer acquisition and retention strategies that drive online revenue for our clients
Email (Klaviyo), Pinterest, LinkedIn ad skills are an advantage but if not, a willingness to learn is vital.
Have an inquisitive nature and interest in AI and this developing space. We use AI tools, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills here.
Understand the principles of a customer acquisition funnel and have the ability to analyse results at each stage.
Be a problem solver who can identify issues, and strategically work your way through them to drive outstanding results.
Have a client-first attitude – you will be an extension of their team. They're our partners.
Take ownership and accountability of all accounts you work on. You’ll have a team for support and to share ideas with, help troubleshoot, discuss and brainstorm.
Be a great communicator with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
Willingness to learn and teach. It’s a core principle of SOMO, performance marketing is constantly evolving and you will be expected to stay up to date with all of the latest developments and share your learnings
Be highly resourceful, very organised and have the ability to roll with the punches and adapt – no two days are the same, we have our good days and our bad but you will be expected to bring a lot of energy to everything you do and perform at a high level.
The Role:
Day-to-day management of performance media buying and optimisation on all relevant channels across a range of clients.
Prepare and present customer acquisition strategies. You’ll work collaboratively on these with the analytics, creative teams and senior team members in media.
Prepare and present monthly reports to clients. You’ll need to critically analyse the data and provide the key takeouts and recommendations.
Brief creative to the internal creative team and communicate feedback.
Liaise with clients via email, slack, phone and in person. You’ll become their trusted partner.
