About the role

Join the Jobwire team as a casual Registered Nurse around the Northern Beaches. This is a casual role, providing you with the flexibility to balance your work and personal life. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality resident care within our aged care community.

What you'll be doing

Assess and monitor resident health and wellbeing

Develop and implement personalised care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

Administer medications and treatments in a safe and effective manner

Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated resident care

Maintain accurate and detailed resident records

Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families

Contribute to the continuous improvement of nursing practices and procedures

What we're looking for

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Minimum 1 years' experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an aged care setting

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with residents, families, and the care team

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently

Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care

Strong organisational and time management skills
