The opportunity

We are seeking experienced and passionate Registered Nurses, Personal Care Assistants, and Enrolled Nurses to join our team at All Care 4 you pty ltd' in Albury NSW 2640. This is a casual role that offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our aged care residents.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing and personal care to our aged care residents
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor residents' health and well-being, and report any changes to the appropriate personnel
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the residents' healthcare providers
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care
• Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents

What we're looking for

• Registered Nurses: Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and a minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care or a similar setting
• Personal Care Assistants: Relevant Certificate III or IV qualification in Aged Care or equivalent, and previous experience in a similar role
• Enrolled Nurses: Current registration with the NMBA and a minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care or a similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Demonstrated commitment to providing person-centred care and advocating for the rights and dignity of our residents
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• A genuine passion for working in the aged care industry and a desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents
