About the Role
WorkPac are seeking a Construction Advisor to join the Sustaining Capital team on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth. This dynamic site-based role will support the delivery of business-critical, multi-disciplinary projects across the Pilbara. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Leads, Contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support safe project delivery through feasibility, implementation, and handover stages
Mentor and coach contracting partners on systems and safety expectations
Ensure alignment with risk policies, standards, and safe work practices
Liaise with operational teams to coordinate shutdowns and tie-ins
Undertake quality leadership interactions and promote a strong safety culture
Report and investigate incidents, ensuring follow-up actions are completed
Foster strong collaboration across the project delivery team
Skills and Experience Required
Demonstrated experience delivering projects across civil, electrical, structural, and shutdown scopes
Strong people skills with experience managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams
Ability to interpret and implement systems, processes, and procedures
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
A current 'C' class driver’s licence
