Key Responsibilities

Strategically manage the project to ensure a successful outcome for all stakeholders.

Monitor the progress of the project - planning, scheduling and performance measures.

Procurement including negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely availability and performances of all resources.

Establish and maintain relationships with builders, engineers, architects, developer, subcontractors, suppliers and other trades.

Look for valued engineering opportunities.

Promote the business and look for future opportunities.

Prepare project reports covering progress, financials, compliance, risks and opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Experienced Project Manager HVAC.

Understanding of construction including regulations and codes.

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Proven track record of delivering successful Australian medium sized construction HVAC project.

Accepting a challenging working environment constantly driven by evolving programs.

A problem solver with an eye for detail, good organisation and time management skills.

Ensure projects adhere to all relevant safety, quality and compliance regulations.

Strong financial and cost management skills including reporting.

Computer literate especially project management tools.

Result driven, working both autonomously and collaboratively in a team with the ability to motivate and get the most out of people.

Ability to be approachable, friendly but firm when required.
