About the Client:
Rio Tinto Operates the world's largest integrated portfolio of iron ore assets. About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of an Advisor - Survey Delivery Engagement to join our esteemed client's team based in Perth. This position is based on a Monday to Friday roster, full time hours.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate Traditional Owner involvement in biological surveys, including logistics and safety.
Provide in-field support and facilitate active participation of Traditional Owners during surveys.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support survey delivery with effective scheduling, mobilisation, and stakeholder communication.
Promote and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and best practices.
Maintain documentation and work standards, ensuring alignment with engagement protocols.
Skills and Experience:
Plan and coordinate Traditional Owner participation in biological surveys
Provide on-ground support and logistics during survey activities
Build strong relationships with Traditional Owners and key stakeholders
Ensure safety and cultural protocols are followed during fieldwork
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and respectful team environment
Identify and support improvements in engagement processes and practices
