In this role, you'll be working for a global services provider, located within Melbourne Airport.

Your new role
You'll be the first point of contact supporting various airport operations, ensuring quick and effective resolution of issues. This is a site-based role at the airport, so remote work is not available.
This position is part-time, working 6pm-12am, Monday to Friday (30 hours per week) at $58,593 + Super.

• Handling customer and internal enquiries via phone and email
• Troubleshooting technical or operational issues
• Logging and escalating incidents as needed
• Delivering a positive and solutions-focused customer experience
• Triage and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism
• Accurate data entry and system updates
• Following up to ensure closure of outstanding matters

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a contact or call centre environment, ideally in technical support or customer troubleshooting
• Experience supporting airline or airport services is highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays (24/7/365)
• Ability to pass a police check and obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
• Confident working with multiple systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full working rights in Australia with no restrictions
