About the role

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team as a Customer Service/Appointment Setting representative. In this contract role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and scheduling appointments for our clients in the Melbourne CBD and inner suburbs. Working in a fast-paced call centre environment, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound customer calls and emails in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with queries, problem-solving, and providing information about our products and services
  • Scheduling and rescheduling customer appointments, ensuring optimum utilization of resources
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our database
  • Identifying and escalating any complex or sensitive customer issues
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or appointment setting environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
