We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Sydney Superyacht Marina, Rozelle.
If you’re highly organised, detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong time management - this could be the opportunity for you.
This part-time position is three days per week, Monday - Friday, with the potential to progress to a full-time role and comes with free onsite parking.
The candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience with QuickBooks (applications without the minimum experience will not be considered).
Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, Gmail and Mac also a must-have.
Available for an immediate start would be ideal.
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Typical administrative support such as filing, data entry and maintaining office supplies.
Personal assistant tasks as required.
Create & managing quote requests and follow-up with clients & suppliers.
Create & process purchase orders with suppliers. Managing and following up on orders.
Create & manage invoicing, follow-up with Clients for payment.
Handling light dispatch duties, including packing and sending/receiving orders.
Assisting with business administration tasks such as insurances etc.
