The Role

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our Berwick Mazda Service Team.

To join our fantastic, highly experienced stable service team, you will possess the following key skills and attributes:

• Self-Driven with Strong sense of ownership
• Ability to uplift and lead the team
• Accuracy in job reports
• Strong organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities
• High attention to detail
• Diagnose faults and carry out servicing - general and major
• Be experienced on a wide range of vehicle makes and models
• The ability to successfully work independently and as part of a team
• To be flexible within the role
• Sound computer skills
• "Can Do Attitude"
• Superior people and communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Full Victorian driver’s license (Manual)
• Possess tools required for the role
• A current Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate or equivalent
• Experience as a Qualified Technician in a dealership workshop environment is essential.

The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday and rostered Saturday mornings.
