- Flexible working hours between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm
- One day remote work per week after training (Wednesday is required onsite)
- Office located in Waterloo, NSW 2017 with onsite parking available
- Competitive pay at $38 per hour plus superannuation

Duties include but are not limited to:
This role sits within the Professional Services Team, a fast paced, high performing environment.
- Provide high-level administrative support across a range duties supporting the Professional Services Team
- Actively support the preparation, editing, and submission of formal documents, particularly during periods with multiple concurrent submissions
- Policy-related tasks, including filing, updating documents, managing amendments, and coordinating submission processes
- Assist with major events and deadlines, including the Annual Conference in August, by coordinating pre-work and contributing to the collation of key reports
- Draft, edit, and format briefing notes, correspondence, and reports when required
- Maintain impeccable attention to detail, proactively identifying and correcting errors, typos, and inconsistencies in documentation
- Ability to reprioritise and manage time effectively when faced with fast turnaround projects

- A proactive attitude with a willingness to get fully involved and take initiative
- Salesforce experience is preferable
- A high level of resilience and the ability to remain composed under pressure
- A hardworking, dedicated approach with a strong work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
