About the Organisation:

This is a rare opportunity for an up coming Remuneration & Benefits Specialist to join a brilliant HR team.

Based in their Sydney CBD office (with hybrid flexibility), in this role you will be responsible for day to day BAU as well as getting involved in a variety of Rem & Ben projects. Partnering closely with the HR team & reporting into a fantastic leader, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career quickly in the speicalisation.

About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role within the HR team & will be responsible for:

• Analysis of renumeration trends
• Preparing all reporting & dissecting the data
• Supporting all remuneration processes including benchmarking and annual reviews
• Delivery of key insights to stakeholders
• Supporting the Renumeration lead with other projects.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Experience in a similar Rem & Ben Specialist role is advantageous
• Must bring experience with Renumeration review process & benchmarking
• Excellent analytical skills & delivery of data
• Excellent customer service, great communication style, & ability to build relationships
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage a large work volume at critical times
