For over 100 years, our client has led the globe in the innovation and development of power transmission, mechanical drives, motors and industrial gearboxes up to 5000KW. Proudly leading the market in the heavy end of industrial supercharged mechanical solutions to Mining, Manufacturing and Heavy Industry.

This is a strategic opportunity for you to join the success and a 100+ year legacy; be developed into an industry solutions specialist!

The Opportunity:

Partner with clients to problem-solve mechanical issues, opening up new opportunities for solution sales - backed by the engineering team

Be handed Millions in existing Projects, Key Accounts and Business - build on Compounding Success.

Organise Site Audits, lunch and learns, and provide Technical Advice and problem-solving with established Mining, Manufacturing, Utilities and Heavy Industrial key accounts.

Continue the momentum by meeting with various clients to discuss ongoing company capabilities and solutions developments.

Experience your next level with ongoing training and development from the internal Mentorship & Professional Development frameworks.

Strategically develop new business with no limitations or red tape and Own Your Market.

Be celebrated and celebrate others as we continue to build a powerful team.

Travel across NSW to major accounts and secure opportunities to Quote, Specify, Tender and Close backed by your engineering team.

Negotiating projects and contracts with your team.

Work closely with the State Manager to develop regional direction and growth.

The Talent:

Proven passion for mechanical applications and an already buzzing curiosity about motors, drives and the mechanics.

A total people person you thrive on meaningful conversations and love a good challange.

5+ Years of Machanical or Sales Experience. (Both is ideal!)

You will be Professional, Passionate and Ready to commit to a company who will commit their resorces and time into developing you into the best you can be.

You will be a hunter who loves packing your days with meetings (Not everyday, we are human but we want a person who can create massive momentum)

You will find a real satisfaction in solving problems and providing technical solutions.

The Rewards:

Base salary of $115,000 – $130,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Bonuses.
