We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our dealership in the integral role of Stock Controller. We are a Family owned company. Looking for an experienced registration clerk / stock control. You will be exposed to a variety of different duties within all areas of the business. You will be able to make this role your own and your job is to ensure that the dealership runs smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:

• Administration, sales support
• New and Used Car Registrations
• Stock control and stock swaps through the New car network
• Assisting with reconditioning prep
• Delivering of vehicles
• Accounts support
• NSW Service dealer work e.g. registration transfers and renewals
• Toll fines
• Book vehicles into stock

The ideal candidate will have to:

• Must have Registration Clerk experience
• Have high attention to detail
• Have strong computer skills
• Have a willingness to learn
• Be organized
• Have Microsoft Office, Word and Excel knowledge
• Have a can do attitude
• Be friendly, professional and enthusiastic
• Have excellent customer service / communication skills
• Be the go to person at the dealership
