Due to the continuous growth of the company, we are looking for a Level 2 Engineer/ Network Administrator to join the team.

The role revolves around providing expert Level 3 support and network administration across Azure, Microsoft 365, and modern workplace environments, ensuring seamless connectivity and reliable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 2 support across the organisation’s cloud and modern workplace infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain the Azure environment, including virtual machines, networking, and related services.
• Administer Intune for device and application management.
• Support and troubleshoot issues within software and hardware.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor and improve service delivery processes.
• Deliver prompt and effective technical support via phone, email, remote assistance
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software and network issues across a variety of IT environments.
• Assist in the implementation and configuration of new systems, applications, and network devices.
• Document and track all support activities using ServiceNow.

Key Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in a Level 2 support or Network Administrator role.
• Strong hands-on experience working within an Azure environment
• Strong experience with IaaS/PaaS, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong experience within modern workplace environments and cloud-based services.
• Experience with incident management, service requests, and BAU operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
