We seek reliable, creative and experienced Chefs / Cooks to work as part of our dynamic team. We have positions on our Pearling Sites and vessels based out of Darwin and Broome. The rosters vary depending on locations, therefore flexibility is essential.

Applicants currently or willing to reside in Darwin will be given preference.

Our pearling operation is extensive and spans coastal regions from Exmouth, Broome WA around to the north of Darwin, NT. Our pearl farms are positioned amongst some of the world's most spectacular coastline and unique marine environments.

Successful applicants must:

• Have a consistent working history
• National Police Clearance
• Qualified Chefs preferred but will consider Cook applicants with current experience.
• Undertake a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol test
• Be able to work flexible rosters in line with vessel schedules

To be successful you will need to demonstrate first–class knowledge of food preparation including health regulations, be of neat appearance and have a dedicated work ethic. Your commitment to delivering high quality and varied meals on time and to budget is essential.
