Description

The FMCG Reliability & CI Lead will have the following responsibilities:

• Driving operational improvements across plants by working closely with operations teams to understand problems and identify opportunities that influence capital investments.
• Partnering with manufacturing, you will focus on enhancing production outputs, optimizing material usage, and managing waste.
• Reporting, investigate department variances, and lead problem-solving efforts to support overall performance., designing tests to evaluate different scenarios.

Profile

The FMCG Reliability & CI Lead will have the following skills:

• Engineering degree
• Worked in an FMCG manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of food safety
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and hands-on experience with plant machinery
• Excellent stakeholder management, with ability to translate technical information to different audiences
• Proven ability to manage projects effectively
• Experienced in setting and driving continuous improvement goals and strategies
