The Role
Supporting a high performing consulting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service experience for their clients. A broad and diverse role, every day will be different, and you’ll have the opportunity to apply your passion for customer service and supporting others to achieve success.
Duties include:
- Assist with the onboarding and set-up of clients including facilitating police checks, quality assurance and compliance etc.
- Liaise with an outsourced payroll provider to manage payroll enquiries for a large volume of employees
- Assist with contract management and administration
- Be the first point of contact for a variety of payroll functions and enquiries; salary sacrificing and packaging, timesheet processing, and approval delegation etc.
- General administration for senior management including formatting documents, ordering office supplies, supporting events and ad-hoc special projects
The Ideal Person
You will have some administration or applied office experience, but our client is very happy to mould and develop your skills – you just need to bring a positive attitude, bubbly personality and a killer eye for detail.
Not afraid to pick up the phone, you’re a natural conversationalist and enjoy working with others.
You will be willing and keen to learn new skills and have a can-do attitude. Compliance and structure are something you embrace and happily follow, and you won’t be deterred by high volumes of work or get frazzled in fast-paced and busy environments.

Salary / Rate
- $60k - $70k + 11.5% Super
- WFH 1 day per week
- Additional leave benefits (22 days annual per year), which increases with service
