Valen Power is seeking an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record in growing key accounts and building strong, strategic client relationships. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leader in battery and energy storage technology, driving impact across a broad customer base in Australia and New Zealand.

What you’ll be doing:

Retaining and growing existing Gold and Silver tier accounts through structured account planning and regular review meetings.

Acting as the key point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities to add value.

Leading contract renewals, negotiations, and proactive issue resolution.

Collaborating with internal teams across sales, product, and support to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Using CRM tools (ideally NetSuite) to manage client data, track opportunities, and report on performance.

Travelling up to 2 times per week (domestically or to New Zealand) to strengthen client relationships and support strategic account growth.

What we’re looking for:

Demonstrated experience in account management or client services, preferably in the energy, electrical, or technical sectors.

Proven success growing and managing large/key accounts.

Strong planning and organisational skills – you're methodical and structured in your approach.

CRM proficiency – NetSuite experience is a plus.

A background in batteries or energy storage is highly regarded but not essential.
