About the Role

WorkPac are seeking two experienced and versatile QA Crew Members – one for the Sprayseal Team and one for the Asphalt Team. These roles require flexibility to work locally and away on regional projects. The successful candidates will be safety-conscious, have a strong attention to detail, and bring a solid understanding of QA processes and on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform QA/QC tasks and ensure all work meets quality standards

Assist with asphalt or bituminous sprayseal operations, including general labouring

Support daily site operations with accurate documentation and reporting

Skills and Experience Required

Valid HR Driver’s Licence and White Card (essential)

Certificate IV in Civil Construction (highly regarded)

QA/QC experience with strong documentation and attention to detail

Experience in asphalt, sprayseal, or bitumen (preferred)

Adaptable and capable of working in a variety of on-site roles

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Willingness to travel and work regionally
