Location: Tamworth

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay: $37.85/hour + penalties

About Our Client

Our client is a leader in animal nutrition, producing high-quality feed solutions that support Australia’s agricultural industry. We are seeking a Mill Production / Compliance Officer to join our team in Tamworth.

What you will be doing

Operating the intake system and feed presses

Loading and unloading grain trucks

Ensure feed production meets specification and quality standards.

Conduct product testing, maintain lab equipment, and oversee sample storage.

Monitor plant cleanliness and comply with safety and hygiene standards.

Support HACCP and FeedSafe programs, maintaining accreditation.

Participate in site audits, training, and reporting.

What you will need

Drivers Licence

Forklift - Preferable

Knowledge of HACCP, FeedSafe, and quality assurance practices.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of workplace safety and environmental policies.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
