The Role
We are seeking a Residential Foreman to take the lead on-site across multiple residential projects. Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations on-site, managing trades and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, and keeping projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include supervising all on-site construction activities, coordinating trades, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and conducting quality inspections. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to manage communication and resolve any issues promptly. Maintaining accurate site records, schedules, and compliance with relevant codes and safety standards is also critical to the role.

About You

• Proven experience as a Foreman/Site Supervisor in residential construction
• C Class Builder’s Licence is essential
• Strong understanding of NCC/BCA and residential building standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain program
• A hands-on approach with a focus on quality and safety
