Operating a variety of food production machinery –Knife work: trimming fat, portioning meat, and boning tasks

Handling raw meat products (pork, beef, and lamb) in a cold room environment (~7°C)

Manual handling and labouring duties required

Quality assurance checks and hygiene/cleaning procedures
