Our client is a tier 1 company that manufactures products and provides services to oil and gas and defence customers. This ASX listed multi award winning company is located in Henderson in a world class modern complex.

A large project has created opportunities for 10 x Process Workers to join the team on a defence project where you will be working on part of the production process.
Duration will be ongoing and permanency may be offered to reliable and consistent performers. We are seeking people with solid work ethics who are reliable and can work a minimum of 38 hours per week.

The roles are day shift but we are looking for ten flexible candidates willing to work day or afternoon shift. Working conditions are excellent and it's a pleasant work environment.

Duties - you will be assisting in the manufacturing of modules (large plastic buoys).for a defence industry customer. There are several sections in the complex and you will be assigned to a section where duties range from painting, sanding, bogging, machine operating, using a range of hand and power tools, operating machinery, assembly work - a lot of various tasks to do.

Working week and hours are Monday to Friday, Dayshift - 6am to 2pm; Afternoon Shift - 4pm to 12am Overtime as required.

Pay: $33/hr days and $37.95/hr Afternoon shift + Penalties; Weekly pay.

You will need to fulfill the following criteria to be considered:

• Able to start immediately
• Fit and able to do physically demanding work
• Experience using hand or power tools or machinery (basic painting, carpentry or handyman skills are ideal)
• Own transport and a drivers license preferred as there is limited public transport
• Experience in any sort of process, production or manufacturing work and working to achieve targets
• Able to read & follow written and verbal instructions and procedures
• Able to communicate effectively with other team members
• Reliable and able to complete all tasks without Supervision
• A safety-minded approach to work

Successful candidates will be required to pass a drug and alcohol test prior to commencing.
