Workfast are seeking a Factory Worker / General Hand for a value client based in Naval Base, WA.

What you get

• $35.00 Flat Rate
• Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm (with a 30 minute lunch break)
• Some OT as required
• Ongoing Work - Temp to perm for the right candidate

What you need

• WA Drivers Licence
• High Risk Work Licence - Forklift
• Confined Space (to be able to access hoppers for cleaning)
• Previous Trade Assistant experience

What you will be doing

• Production Support: Assist in manufacturing and bagging a variety of refractory products within a production factory.
• Work Environment: Operate in a dusty manufacturing plant, performing repetitive tasks that require reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Experience Preferred: Prior experience in a manufacturing setting and basic Trade Assistant (TA) skills are advantageous.
• Long-Term Opportunity: Potential for permanent placement after 6 months for the right candidate, involving tasks like bagging finished products and moving pallets within the storage area.
