A leading utilities organisation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support complex strategy and transformation initiatives across corporate functions. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping future-state capability models, identifying improvement opportunities, and aligning digital initiatives with strategic business goals.

What you'll be doing:
* Partnering with senior leaders to define and deliver a digital strategy roadmap
* Conducting regulatory and strategic impact assessments across utility-based programs
* Delivering current vs. future state analyses, pain point identification, and initiative briefs
* Supporting enterprise-wide system upgrades, migrations, and analytics capability uplift
* Translating strategic intent into business requirements and high-quality documentation

What we're looking for:
* 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a utilities environment
* Demonstrated experience working across strategy, transformation, and system projects
* Proven ability to engage executives and cross-functional teams
* Strong knowledge of BA methodologies (BABOK, Agile, PMBOK)
* Experience with enterprise systems (e.g. SAP) and project tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
* Background in corporate, finance, or analytics functions is a plus
