About the role

Join the dynamic team at Cockburn Central Property Settlements' as a either a Conveyancer or Personal Assistant (Two roles available). This full-time role is based in Success, WA 6164 and will see you playing a vital part in the success of the company's Settlement Agency

What you'll be doing

Manage the entire conveyancing process for a portfolio of clients, from start to finish (for Conveyancer Role)

Prepare and lodge all necessary paperwork and documentation

Liaise with clients, solicitors, real estate agents and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience

Provide efficient and friendly administrative support to the conveyancing team (For PA Role)

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 4 years' experience in a conveyancing or property law role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Proficient in using conveyancing software Settlements Plus, Pexa and Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Genuine interest in the real estate and conveyancing industry
