Rotman & Morris is one of Victoria’s most prominent suburban law firms.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Lawyer in Wills, Estate Planning & Probate, who has in depth knowledge drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney, handling Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, and general estate planning knowledge and experience.

Job tasks & responsibilities

Running your own files autonomously and without supervision.

Enthusiastically and sympathetically interacting with clients and third parties on a daily basis.

Utilising your time management skills and attention to detail, to handle competing deadlines.

Working with the Principal and assisting other staff.

Skills and experience

Bachelor of Laws with at least 6+ years experience in Estate Planning in a law office.

General practice knowledge of wills, probate and a bonus if you have experience in other areas of law.

Knowledge of LEAP Cloud Legal software and PEXA is advantageous; must know how to use Redcrest.
