About the Role:
We are seeking to employ a second-year Lawyer based in Melbourne to join our Construction Law practice. This position is a full-time role. Construction law experience is not a must - but litigation experience is. The successful applicant will assist senior lawyers with some of their files, will assume conduct of suitable files under the supervision of the seniors and from time to time will be conducting some senior paralegal and research work.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
A second year Lawyer who is admitted to practice in Australia.
Experience in Litigation.
Exceptional legislative and evidence analytical skills.
Highly developed drafting and writing skills, along with strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
