About the role:

• Assist with business transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, restructures, and shareholder arrangements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, including structuring, governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Advise on regulatory approvals and compliance, particularly in the Healthcare and Pharmacy sectors.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers across the firm, benefiting from direct mentorship and development opportunities.

The ideal candidate:

• 2+ years PAE, with experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a practical, client-focused approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a growing team.
