We are seeking a motivated Workshop Manager to join an exciting fast paced environment. This role will be based in our recently renovated Titan Ind Moranbah workshop.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and is a natural problem solver. The role is key to the success of the company, and you will be looked to as a leader in the organization.

Prior experience in management is desired, although if you have worked in Central Queensland in a trade related field and have the drive to further your career into management you will be considered.

Your key duties will include:

Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer communication

Oversee job allocation, scheduling, and daily workflow control

Perform live data entry and maintain accurate service records

Track sales performance, job margins, and cost efficiency

Maintain financial oversight and support workshop profitability

Complete and report on KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Mechanical knowledge: Solid understanding of workshop services, repairs, and equipment

Financial literacy: Confident with budgets, margins, and cost tracking

Customer service focus: Build loyalty through quality work and responsiveness

Sales awareness: Identify upsell opportunities and support revenue targets

KPI tracking: Monitor performance and take action to improve results
