Progressive, national accounting and business advisory firm seeks an experienced Human Resource Advisor to play a pivotal HR role in their Brisbane CBD office.

The Firm

The firm is a contemporary accounting and business advisory firm with a national presence. The Brisbane CBD office currently has 80 staff.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated HR generalist to join the Brisbane Operations team. Playing a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the employee experience, you will be hands on in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, learning & development and people focused projects.

Duties will include:

• Provide a wide range of HR support to Partners and staff
• Efficiently run recruitment processes from start to finish
• Lead onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience
• Assume a proactive role in fostering a culture of recognition within the organisation
• Provide guidance for performance management and employee relations issues
• Contribute to and lead various HR projects such as graduate programs and employee well being initiatives
• Collaborate with leaders to design, implement and monitor learning and development programs
• Liaise with firm local and national representatives on HR matters
• Other general HR and administration duties.

You

We are looking for someone who is driven and has a passion for HR. You will be an experienced HR Adviser or HR Generalist with at least 3 years' experience in a Human Resources role in a professional services environment.

Ideally, you will have a degree in HR, Business or a related field.

Salary and Benefits

Salary $90K to $110K Package, dependent upon experience. Ability to work 1 day per week from home after probation.
