About the Role:
As a Design Consultant, you’ll guide clients through a personalised, unforgettable experience—helping them bring their dream jewellery to life. With your sales acumen and warm presence, you’ll collaborate with our in-house jewellers and deliver exceptional service from concept to completion and help to create unforgettable moments for your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide customers through the custom design process

Sell premium, high-value jewellery pieces

Deliver exceptional experiences and design advice

Build lasting relationships with customers with warmth and professionalism

Maintain accurate records and showroom presentation

What You’ll Bring:

Proven success in sales (luxury or consultative sales highly regarded)

A genuine love of people and storytelling

Confidence in handling high-value transactions

Excellent attention to detail and communication

Availability for Friday late trade and Saturday mornings
