What will you be doing in this role:

This role will see you support a sales and leasing team, who sell development sites, office towers, retail shops and industrial warehouses. You will assist in the coordination of marketing and administration tasks which include:

• Arrange and attend photoshoots
• Writing and editing copy for listings
• Upload listings and open times online
• Collate, edit and post content for social media
• Prepare proposals and marketing brochures
• Prepare open and auction packs
• Order signboards and coordinate instillation
• Approving marketing collateral with the agents and vendors
• Prepare and send email marketing campaigns

The right candidate will have:

• Experience in a marketing role essential
• A valid NSW Certificate of Registration
• Confident and professional communication style
• A valid driver's license and reliable car
• Proficient with Canva and social media platforms
• Attention to detail and excellent time management
• Experience using InDesign desirable
