We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our small, friendly team and help bring our developments to life through compelling marketing initiatives.
This is a great role for a marketer seeking meaningful, flexible part-time work — whether you're returning to the workforce, or balancing a portfolio of clients or other commitments.

What You’ll Do
You’ll support our Marketing Director across a broad range of hands-on marketing tasks:
Coordinate with our creative and digital marketing agencies
Manage and update real estate listings
Organise and support small events (may include occasional interstate travel)
Draft, schedule and manage email campaigns (EDMs)
Research and recommend local advertising opportunities (radio, print, outdoor, sponsorship)
Track budgets and timelines for marketing campaigns
Triage and respond to customer enquiries via our group inbox
Maintain and update our CRM (HubSpot)
Assist with project-specific marketing plan execution
Manage our Facebook presence – schedule posts, respond to interactions
Ensure website content is up to date and error-free
About You
You’re someone who enjoys working independently, takes ownership, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You may be:
A seasoned marketer stepping back from full-time
A parent or carer seeking structured part-time work
A freelance or portfolio professional seeking a stable client commitment
Or someone who simply prefers a smarter work/life balance
You’ll bring:
Marketing experience in a coordination or execution role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Confidence working with external partners and agencies
Basic understanding of digital marketing
Familiarity with CRM or email tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp)
Experience managing social media (especially Facebook)
Competency with Canva or similar content tools
A “roll up your sleeves” attitude — no task is too big or small
Please note: This is a part-time role built for someone who is looking for long-term stability — not a short-term stepping stone to full-time work.
