Position: Logistics Specialist

Job status: Part time

Location: Australia/Sydney

Position Summary:

This position will support the team leader for coordinating and managing the end-to-end logistic operations of the orders and products from the overseas logistic center to AU Logistic Center then further relay to end customers, including international transportation, receiving and storage, and local delivery.

Compliant declaration, on time delivery with good quality to the valued customers would be the core operational goals . Collaborating with other teams, such as CN, SG, US logistic centers, production, sales, etc is needed to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping Execution

1. Confirm shipping documents with the TAM team, including but not limited to commercial invoice, packing lists, and other requested documents.

2. Ensure that goods received are processed, documented and tracked in accordance with the company's receiving process

3. Timely process daily orders, perform pick and pack according to order requirements, ensuring the integrity and safety of the goods.

4. Arrange transportation service providers for the pickup of goods to ensure timely delivery to the destination.

5. Invoice checking and submission for international and domestic freight forwarders.

Shipment status tracking

1. Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

2. Coordinate with transportation service providers to resolve any issues related to shipment delays or disruptions.

Import/Export Compliance Assurance

1. Maintain accurate and updated records of all customs-related activities and documentation, ensuring proper audit trails.

2. Perform regular internal audits to identify areas of improvement in customs processes and work on corrective actions.

Financial related tasks

1. Billing verification to ensure billing accuracy

2. Payment application in system to ensure timely settlement to related service providers

Ad-hoc Tasks

1. Any other tasks or project assigned by superior

Working Hours

10:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday (Flexible Work Arrangement)

Qualifications

· Degree / Diploma with major in Supply Chain and logistics management or other Business-related studies

· 2-3 years of experience in import/export shipping, logistics, and customs affairs or related fields.

· Quick learner with strong communication and coordination skills, data analytical skills

. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required as the role requires close collaboration with our team in China

· Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.

· Team player with can do attitude, able to work with challenges and open to take on additional roles
