Are you passionate about ICT project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and contributing to Australia’s democratic processes? our Federal Government client is looking for dynamic and experienced Senior IT Project Co-ordinators to join their high-performing Chief Information Officer Division.

As part of the team, you'll be integral to designing, building, and deploying modern, secure, and agile services. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to critical national infrastructure.

What You’ll Do:

• Managing and tracking project dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
• Supporting project delivery through scheduling, reporting, and milestone coordination
• Preparing vital documentation including project plans, executive briefs, risk registers, change approvals, and financial reports
• Liaising with business and technical teams to resolve project issues promptly
• Ensuring accurate governance and reporting across all levels of project delivery
• Assisting in resource coordination and supporting team leaders as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting programs/projects in a Federal Government environment
• Experience working within a SAFe Agile environment
• Certifications in SAFe Agile, SCRUM, or PRINCE2 Agile
• Proven experience delivering ICT projects or programs – including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and reporting
• Proficiency in project tools – such as Microsoft Office Suite, Azure DevOps, and electronic record management systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communication – able to develop high-quality project documentation including plans, risk registers, and executive papers
• Experience with contracts and procurement – ensuring alignment with government procurement guidelines
