About The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Owner/Workshop Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Diagnosing and resolving a broad range of vehicle faults

Maintaining a safe, organised, and professional workspace

Collaborating closely with a supportive team to ensure a smooth workflow

Clearly communicating with clients about their vehicle needs and repair options

Performing routine servicing including brakes, oil changes, and diagnostic checks

About You

To thrive in this role, you will have:

A current Australian driver’s licence

A recognised trade qualification in motor mechanics

Workshop experience and a completed apprenticeship

An automotive air-conditioning licence (preferred, but not essential)

Strong diagnostic skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving
