We’re seeking a Capital Transactions Manager to specialise in retail site acquisitions and capital transactions within a leading property group. While retail experience is ideal, we welcome candidates from other market sectors with transferable skills, especially those focused on site or asset acquisitions.

About the Role:

Lead end-to-end retail site acquisitions, manage due diligence, financial analysis, and negotiations to drive portfolio growth and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage retail site and asset acquisitions and disposals
• Conduct financial modelling, feasibility studies, and due diligence
• Lead negotiations with vendors, agents, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with asset management, leasing, and finance teams
• Support strategic portfolio growth initiatives

About You:

• Experience in capital transactions, preferably retail or transferable sectors
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage complex deals and deadlines
• Relevant tertiary qualification in property, finance, or business
