Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase & Sale of Business: Handle transactions from start to finish.
• Loan Agreements: Draft and review loan agreements.
• Developer Assistance: Support residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Commercial Agreements: Draft joint ventures, partnerships, guarantees, and security documents.
• Business Structuring: Provide strategic advice on business structuring.
• Legislative Advice: Offer guidance on legislative requirements.
• Asset Protection: Advise on the protection of commercial assets.
• Lease Negotiations: Negotiate terms of leases, including rent, transfer options, duration, exit, and renewal options.

Career Progression and Mentoring:

• Mentoring Role: As a senior member of the team, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow.
