ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a long-established and highly regarded South Australian builder seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of an upcoming commercial build. With a strong pipeline of work and long-standing relationships across industrial, retail, and commercial sectors, this is a great chance to join a team that values quality, people and professional development.

The Role

You’ll be the hands-on leader of a high-quality commercial build, reporting directly to the Project Manager and Project Directors. Supported by a proven project team, you’ll have the autonomy to run your site end-to-end, working alongside people who respect your expertise.

In this role you will:

• Own day-to-day site operations and manage subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to keep communication clear.
• Ensure WHS compliance and lead safety initiatives on site.
• Keep the project on track to meet key milestones smoothly.
• Quickly troubleshoot issues and maintain high build quality.
• Lead by example and foster a productive, respectful site culture.
