The role
The Contracts Administration Support Officer provides a range of administration functions to the Corporate Services team in accordance with Gippsland Water policies and procedures.
This position will respond to internal and external customer queries ensuring a high level of customer service is provided.
What you’ll bring
Experience in providing administrative support to a team.
Excellent communication skills with experience in liaising with internal and external customers.
Experience in resolving customer enquiries whilst providing a strong customer focus.
Well developed skills in computer based technology using multiple software packages.
The ability to work and engage in a team environment whilst working independently as required.
Strong time management and organisational skills
The ideal candidate will be part of a driven and supportive team who share a passion for quality, performance and overall customer satisfaction.
