We are seeking a proactive Contracts Admin / Facilities Temp to assist our Secretarial & Business Support team in the Insurance industry located in Melbourne's CBD. The role involves assisting with contract administration, facilities coordination, and providing overall support to the team.

Description
- Vendor & supplier management, including contracts and administrative tasks
- Stationery and office supply management
- Facilities oversight, including fire safety audits and utilities management
- General office administration and transactional tasks
- Assisting with contract administration and facilities coordination
- Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team
- Managing and maintaining office systems, including data management
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handling internal and external correspondence
- Preparing reports and presentations as required
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
Profile
A successful Contracts Admin / Facilities Temp should have:
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to work
- Previous experience in facilities and contracts, or strong administration experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience in a similar role
