Site Supervisor - High Volume Residential Builder

I'm currently working with a well-established residential builder with a strong presence in Sydney's Southwest, delivering quality turnkey homes and townhouses at scale. They are now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee 15-20 homes across active projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across 15-20 residential construction sites
• Schedule and coordinate trades, suppliers, and deliveries
• Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure WHS compliance
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
• Maintain construction timelines and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Ensure all work meets design, specification, and build standards

About You:

• Proven experience supervising homes in a high-volume building environment
• Knowledge of the NSW residential building code and OH&S standards
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines efficiently
• Trade background (e.g. carpentry) preferred
• White Card and valid driver's licence required
